Seven days, no questions, no form. Buy the books, read the whole thing, and if it is not what you wanted, reply to your receipt within seven days and I refund you in full.
How to ask
Reply to the email receipt Gumroad sent you, or write to hello@jonashale.com from the address you bought with. You do not have to give a reason. You do not have to fill anything in.
You keep the files
I am not going to ask anybody to delete a PDF, and there is nothing in these books that stops working when the refund goes through. If the books were not worth the money to you, I would rather you kept them and I kept my word.
How long the money takes
I approve refunds by hand, usually the same day. After that it is Gumroad and your bank, which normally takes five to ten working days to show on a card statement.
After seven days
Write to me anyway. If something is genuinely wrong — a file that will not open, a page that is missing, a method that does not work the way the book says — that is my problem to fix whatever the date is, and it gets fixed for everybody in the next edition, free.
