Short version: I sell PDFs. I do not want your data and I do not have much of it.
What is collected when you buy
The checkout is run by Gumroad, not by me. Gumroad takes your email address and your payment details, and handles the card. I never see your card number — it does not pass through this site and it is not stored anywhere I can reach.
What I can see in my Gumroad account is your email address, what you bought, when, and the country the payment came from. That is all.
What I use it for
- Sending you the files you paid for.
- Sending you the free updated edition when a volume is corrected or extended.
- Answering you if you write to me.
I do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anybody, and I do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.
This page itself
This site has no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising tag, and sets no cookies of its own. That is why there is no cookie banner to click. The only outside request the page makes is to Google Fonts, which loads the typefaces.
Getting your data out, or deleted
Write to hello@jonashale.com and ask. I will tell you everything I hold about you, or delete it, whichever you want. If you ask me to delete it, I lose the ability to send you free updates — that is the only catch, and I will remind you before I do it.
Children
These books are sold to adults. Nothing here is aimed at children and I do not knowingly collect anything about them.
